An Invitation

The privilege of welcoming you to the far edge of this coast is one we have never treated lightly. Not for the past twenty years, at least. Come spend an evening by the black sea — a single tasting menu each night, drawn from the shoreline, the cliffs, and the farms we can reach on foot. Our purpose is the keeping of good company through a long, slow meal.

Today it holds a single dining room for sixteen, a chef's counter of raw basalt, and a cellar of Nordic ciders and low-intervention wines below the waterline.
